Youth Mentorship Project (Glorietta Elementary School, 2025-Present)

Businesses can also be used as platforms to create change through a wide variety of ways to reach others. One of the ways I have done this is by using this platform to empower others, especially young students, to take action on their ideas.

  • Mentored and sponsored 12 third- to fifth-grade students in an art club, teaching them basic entrepreneurship, product development, customer interaction, and how to turn creative ideas into marketable products.

  • Fully funded (100%) the production of student-designed keychains, T-shirts, tote bags, canvas bags, and all expenses for the student-led pop-up fundraising market.

  • Guided students through the full creative and business process, including brainstorming designs, preparing products, pricing items, setting up displays, and understanding how handmade products can be successfully sold in real markets.

  • Supported student-led pop-up fundraising markets, helping students sell 150+ items and generate over $2,200 in revenue while sharing real-world experience in sales, teamwork, communication, and entrepreneurship.

Through this experience, students gained:

  • Confidence in their creativity

  • Exposure to entrepreneurship

  • A hands-on understanding of how ideas can create impact
